Outdoor adventures and Land Rover Defenders go together perfectly. We have wanted a Defender for a long time but kept letting our head win over our hearts but have now taken the plunge and bought a 2004 Defender 90 TD5. It’s a classic British four-wheel drive and we have fallen in love with it.

This year the Autumnal Equinox falls on the 22nd September when our nights start to become longer than our days. The temperature starts to drop and the air becomes crisper, especially in the mornings.

What is your favourite style of hat, and do you wear one solely for practical purposes or as a fashion accessory? When you go travelling, what is the hat that you pack?

Over lockdown we have made the most of our outdoor lifestyle, wearing Muddy Meadow warm outdoor clothing of course.
